SINGAPORE - The slew of changes to Singapore's work pass framework for foreign professionals announced on Monday is expected to position the Republic as a prime destination for top talent.

Those with “outstanding achievements” in tech, arts, academia or sports can qualify even if they do not meet the salary criterion. Doesn’t anyone who qualifies for this qualify for an EP anyway?
