Days before the cat was found dead, there were claims that its feeder was “harassed and threatened” by a resident.

a clip from surveillance footage allegedly showing a black cat named Tuxy, who was flung off Block 614 in Hougang Avenue 8 on Monday. Animal activists have been calling on the public for any witnesses or information on the tragedy.In the clip, which happened at around 12:35pm, a black blob can be seen flying downwards.

Tan said Tuxy was fed by a feeder five minutes before the incident happened and speculated that “someone” was “stalking them.” Apparently, Tan said the feeder was “harassed and threatened” by a resident days before the cat was found dead.
