'Mulan' will still release in cinemas but only in territories where Disney+ isn't available.

5 Aug – The latest update from Disney spells both good news and bad news for fans who have been patiently waiting for"Mulan's" theatrical release.

For territories where the Disney streaming service isn't available, however, the movie is set to be released in cinemas on the same abovementioned date.So far, Disney+ is only available in Australia, Austria, Canada, Channel Islands, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.

The Niki Caro-helmed movie, with a star-studded cast made up of Crystal Liu or Liu Yifei as the titular warrior, Donnie Yen, Gong Li, Jet Li and more, was originally slated to open in North America on 2 November 2018.
