SINGAPORE — Of late, some logistics firms in Singapore have been straining under the weight of a surge in online orders during the circuit breaker, leading to protracted delivery delays and, in some cases, parcels being lost in transit.

No such thing as lost parcel. It simply means the items were delivered to the wrong place and the receiver kept mum (who doesnt want free things?) or someone decided to magically disappear the items.
