Spanish firefighters are battling high winds to put out a huge fire that gutted a multi-storey apartment block in Valencia . At least 13 people, including a minor and six firefighters, have been injured.
The fire rapidly spread from the fourth floor and engulfed the entire building, reducing it to a skeleton. The fire also spread to a neighbouring building. Firefighters are working to extinguish the flames.
