Man jailed 45 years for sexually abusing 8 kids; longest jail term imposed for sex offencesA 54-year-old man who sexually abused multiple children with learning or physical disabilities after offering to tutor them was sentenced to 45 years' jail on Monday (June 27). The prison term handed down to the man - who lied to victims' parents that he was a qualified... I think this sentence is very foolish. 45 yrs is a very long time for the people to provide for him. If we give him 2 pkts of nasi lemak a day, that will cost $800 a yr. Multiply that by 45 yrs that will add up to $50,000 to $100,000 a yr if you factor in the inflation. Then add in the rental. This is a huge economic burden to the people who are struggling with the cost of living. The court should spend 50 cts on a rope n hang him. That is financial prudence. Furthermore, the court can harvest his organs n give to those more worthy. Harvesting the organs of those executed is very sensible. This is the resources of the country n it should not be wasted. Those who object should think of abortion. The life of an unborn human being can be terminated legally. I once suggested that aborted foetus can be sold.
