A 25-year-old man will be charged in court on Wednesday with voyeurism after he allegedly took an upskirt photograph of a woman.

The police said they received a report about the case along Bedok North Central on August 29, at around 10.10pm. Through ground enquiries and with the aid of images from police cameras, officers from Bedok Police Division established the man's identity and arrested him on September 11 in the vicinity of Bedok North Road.The police said they will deal sternly with sexual offenders who threaten the personal safety of others in the community, in accordance with the law.
