Targeted for opening in early 2023.

JustCo will open a new 50,000 sq ft centre at International Plaza, targeted to open in 2023 . Targeted for opening in early 2023, the centre will take up an entire floor, encompassing some 50,000 sq ft. It will be operated under a management contract with the site’s landlord, I Associated Company. The new centre is JustCo’s 18th co-working space in Singapore.JustCo also announced it will open two new centres in Tokyo, Japan, and one new centre located in Bangkok, Thailand.

In Thailand, JustCo’s co-working centre will be located at Bangkok’s Silom Edge, occupying four full floors in the mixed-development building. The centre, which will open in September, has a 900-member capacity, and will include larger boardrooms and seminar rooms that are available as co-working spaces for other tenants in the building.

“In Singapore, we are seeing strong business recovery with 75% occupancy across the market, and our centres in Bangkok, Taipei and Seoul are nearing full occupancy. We will continue to seize the right market opportunities to be the partner of a future-ready workforce,” says Kong Wan Sing, founder and CEO of JustCo.He adds that the company aims to ride the hybrid work wave in Tokyo.

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Singapore, JustCo now has over 40 co-working spaces across 10 major cities in Asia Pacific.
