SINGAPORE - A district judge on Friday granted permission to a Singaporean student from a top British university, who is accused of multiple counts of insulting a woman's modesty, to leave Singapore to study from Jan 13 to March 16.

"It would be reasonable to allow the accused to leave jurisdiction to continue his education, at least for the next school term." It also noted the aggravating factors to the crimes which generally warranted imprisonment, including multiple victims, a long offending period of more than three years and the fact that one of the victims was a minor when she was allegedly filmed.

Isn’t it strange to hide his name to protect the victims in this case who aren’t his relatives By this logic, every perpetrator needs his identity protected to “protect the identity of the victims” 🙄 Wonder which rich and powerful family he belongs to really?

What!?!?

He’d better behave in Britain. Hope they’ve read news about this bloke?!

Why? Because he is smart and rich?

What kind of judgement is this? Guy faces 19 charges and the Judge lets him go and study? Unbelievable !!

came from Rich Family....
