Flexible Work Arrangements

According to the World Economic Forum, unhealthy workers could cost organisations about $530 billion in annual productivity losses The International SOS foundation has called for more preventive health programmes -- such as flexi-work arrangements -- saying every dollar spent gives a return of around $2.50.
