This comes after the easing of Covid-19 safety measures here since April and fewer people working from home, HDB said in a statement. The 15-minute grace period is an extension from the 10 minutes allowed pre-pandemic, it added.
"Our records show that a 15-minute grace period has generally been sufficient even during the period with increased demand for deliveries. HDB and URA have also taken into consideration the shift towards e-commerce," said HDB. In its statement, HDB also said that the sale and exchange of parking coupons at all its branches will cease from Sept 19.
