SINGAPORE — In what seemed like a repeat of the 2011 General Election (GE), the Workers’ Party’s Sengkang Group Representation Constituency (GRC) team secured an upset victory at the polls on Friday (July 10) against a People’s Action Party (PAP) team consisting three political office holders.
