A fresh graduate who had been working for half a year in a small SME took to social media complaining about their “incompetent” supervisor.
Referring to their supervisor as ‘M’ throughout the post, the netizen wrote that any work assigned to their supervisor would automatically be pushed to him. The team was fairly small, they noted, and added that only he and his supervisor were assigned to that specific role. Despite this, he wrote in his post that he could not take more than 3-days of leave. In addition to projects, the netizen was handling other complicated tasks. When going through how to handle these tasks with his supervisor, the netizen said that “M just laugh and switch topic, expecting me to settle??? i know M doesn’t know how to do the processes still so i cannot just go on leave and MIA”.
