She was not prepared to accept responsibility for her actions for a “considerable period” after Piang died, having covered up her role and limited the medical care that the maid received, the judges noted.
This is intentional killing. She should know doing such abuse will lead to death.
I don’t understand why she wasn’t handed the death penalty.
