Duterte could learn from other Asian leaders: Inquirer columnist

In summary, no matter what type of leadership each countries have, good or bad, the outcome is still the same. The virus is still spreading and killing hundreds of people. It is up to the citizens to be vigilant, stay at home because the government cannot watch over all of us
