SINGAPORE — The latest round of dining-in restrictions, which come into force on Thursday (July 22) came as no surprise to many food and beverage (F&B) operators, who told TODAY that they had already seen the writing on the wall due to the surge in Covid-19 numbers from the karaoke lounge and Jurong Fishery Port clusters.
