Coronavirus: Singapore events affected by viral outbreak WuhanCoronavius

SINGAPORE — The novel coronavirus outbreak has caused multiple disruptions to business, arts and sports in Singapore, with many of the upcoming events being cancelled or postponed. Here is a list of affected events:

Singapore Yacht Show 2020: The annual event, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary, was to be held from 19 to 22 March. It has been now postponed till October this year, although the exact dates are yet to be agreed with host venue partner ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. K-Pop concerts: Four K-Pop concerts have either been axed or postponed – Taeyeon’s 1 February concert at Singapore Indoor Stadium, Winner’s 8 February concert at The Star Theatre, NCT Dream’s 15 February concert at The Star Theatre, and Got7’s 22 February concert at Singapore Indoor Stadium.

The Nuclear Family: Checkpoint Theatre’s production The Nuclear Family, originally to be staged at the Drama Centre from 12 to 22 March, has been pushed back to March 2021. Control Chaos: 25 Years of PHUNK Exhibition: The exhibition at National Design Centre from 14 February to 20 March will proceed, but its “Creative Conversations with PHUNK” talk show on 22 February will be rescheduled to a later date, yet to be announced.
