May 9th can't come soon enough ."
Although the lyrics include multiple references to the end of her six-year relationship with Joe Alwyn and her brief fling with Matty Healy, the Anti-Hero songstress recently insisted on the album's release day now has "no scores to settle" with anyone as she has moved on now. She added: "And upon further reflection, a good number of them turned out to be self-inflicted. This writer is of the firm belief that our tears become holy in the form of ink on a page.
