A man from China’s Shandong province has set a new Guinness World Record by building a 50-story house of cards in 12 hours.

Tian Rui started building at 9:20 a.m. and finished at 2:24 p.m. for the Nov. 10 attempt, which was part of the 2022 Guinness World Records Day celebrations. His attempt took five hours and four minutes.The house, which stood at 3.375 meters, remained erect for more than 10 minutes before it collapsed.
