It's a common practice in China, where some companies enforce blocks of vacations to give employees more time to travel with their families. Workers, in turn, make up for the days they've spent out of the office by reporting for work on the weekends. Representatives for the Fan Mei Education Group did not immediately respond to Insider's request for comment.
