BEIJING - Xi'an has temporarily closed two scandal-hit hospitals after their strict adherence to pandemic rules led to deaths, slashing medical capacity inXi'an Gaoxin Hospital and Xi'an International Medical Center Hospital will close for three months, the city's Health Commission said in a Thursday statement, during which time they will undergo a"rectification" process.
