[SINGAPORE] China has issued a second batch of refined fuel export quotas for this year, totaling 23.79 million tonnes, two trading sources briefed on the matter told Reuters on Friday.

The second batch is about 30 per cent greater than the first batch, and brings the total issued so far for this year to 42.15 million tonnes.
