Flight CA403"encountered smoke in the forward cargo hold and lavatory" before landing on Runway 3 at around 4.15pm, the airport said in a Facebook post. "All passengers and crew have evacuated safely," added Changi, which is served by three runways all 4,000m long.Apart from closing Runway 3 for the time being, flight operations may also be affected, Changi Airport said.Air China and Changi Airport Group are also assisting passengers and crew affected by the incident.shortly before take-off, after a power bank caught fire and injured two passengers.
