When the latest tranche of CDC vouchers was launched on Jan 3, it was announced that they would be accepted at NTUC FairPrice, Sheng Siong, Prime Supermarket, HAO Mart and U Stars Supermarket outlets.
“This is in addition to the over 20,600 participating heartland hawkers and merchants on the scheme.” Among the S$300 CDC vouchers issued to each Singaporean household in the latest tranche, S$150 can be used at these supermarket outlets, while the other S$150 can be spent at participating hawkers and heartland merchants.More than 1.1 million Singaporean households, or about 90 per cent, have claimed their vouchers since they were launched, Ms Low added.
