A man can be heard interrupting Mr Ng not just once but twice. Unbothered, the candidate keeps on going, as seen in a video posted on the Singapore Incidents account on Wednesday .The heckling began shortly after Mr Ng, who served as the Group Chief Investment Officer of Government of Singapore Investment Corporation from 2007 until his retirement in 2013, said, “I do not belong to any political party.
