In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to an accident involving a car and a cyclist along Bukit Batok Street 21 at around 5.10pm.
They added:"A 40-year-old female cyclist did not sustain any visible injuries and refused conveyance to the hospital.shared pictures of the accident scene, located outside Bukit View Primary School and Bukit View Secondary School, at about 5.30pm. A paramedic can be seen attending to a woman sitting on a kerb by the roadside. A child on a kid's bicycle is also spotted crying in one photo.View more images in the gallery.
