An elderly car driver and his passenger were taken to the hospital after an accident involving a car, a taxi and a lorry on the Tampines Expressway on Tuesday .said there was a heavy downpour that morning.
"It's safer to drive slowly and keep left during heavy rain because the road is slippery and visibility is limited," said the Stomper. In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted at 10.53am to the accident along TPE towards the Pan-Island Expressway.
