It was not what it seemed.

The police were called by a 7-Eleven staff member who was concerned for the safety of a boy with special needs .shared a video showing the police with the boy in a red shirt outside the convenience store at Block 446 Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 on April 7 at around 6.30pm.

"But thankfully, afterwards we came to know that the person actually wanted to buy some Pokemon cards. The staff at the store was worried about him and did not want him to get hurt.""She was grateful to the man and woman in blue that the boy was in good hands," said the Stomper."Earlier, he had turned away a few customers."
