Yes it is common and becomes dangerous

Common yes but it shldnt be a continuous practice. Esp for parents, older workers.. some companies breakdown the salaries as attendance bonuses or site allowances. Like if ur salary is $1.5k, u only get that full amt upon completion but in contract they said that’s ur salary. Bs

The attendance bonus is a double edge sword.

Rubbish. Some companies practice using the 13th month pay and dividing it into 12 months and giving it as a performance indicator, which will be deducted if you are on MC.
