My work has been doing it for several years. The extra day can be nice but the people on those bids have said they lose quite a bit of $$$ compared to a regular work week because of the difference with overtime pay. A job that doesn't offer/pay overtime then it wouldn't matter!!!
Can you give me a balance where we have deflation and dun pay so much while not touching our already low salary? This govt is bleeding people dry.
