SINGAPORE - The Land Transport Authority will buy 100 three-door, double-deck Euro 6 diesel buses for about $64 million.
This is the first major order of its kind, after the LTA carried out a trial of three-door buses earlier.
Why not just have rear doors like the buses in London? Then you'll have 3 points of exit
It would be the same, all stand the middle, near the door, blocking others from moving to upper deck and rear. I thought a door at the rear would help but it is still in the middle.
