He was pronounced dead by first responders at the scene. During the ensuing investigation, authorities identified a white Ford Fusion with dark tinted windows as a vehicle of interest believed to be connected with the incident. CrimeStoppers increased the initial award offering to $5,000, and Montgomery Councilman Oronde K. Mitchell contributed an additional $2,500, bringing the total to $7,500.
