Cleveland’s Puerto Rican Parade started at 11AM Sunday. It brought in thousands of spectators.
The parade started at the corner of Scranton and Seymour Streets. People danced and marched down Scranton Street to Metro Health Hospital Park on Valentine Avenue.“I’m excited for my kids to experience something other than their personal culture” said Oliver.
