The Hague - Attorney General of Pakistan Anwar Mansoor Khan on Wednesday said the verdict of Pakistani courts will be followed in Kulbhushan Jadhav case.
Talking exclusively in Dunya News program Dunya Kamran Khan Kay Sath, he said the decision of International Court of Justice in Kulbhusahn Jadhav case is satisfactory. He said ICJ has not annulled the decision of military court rather it just asked to review and reconsider his conviction and sentence.Earlier, talking to media in The Hague, he said the International Court of Justice has made it clear that Kulbhushan Jadhav will not be released.
Announcing the verdict Judge Abdulqavi Ahmed Yousaf told Pakistan to review the death sentence for an alleged Indian spy, saying Islamabad violated his rights to consular visits. The court, in its verdict, rejected a number of Indian demands including annulment of military court decision convicting Jadhav, his release and safe passage to India.
