The divorce between actress Sophie Turner and musician Joe Jonas is taking a complicated turn, with Turner filing a petition in New York City requesting the return of their children to their"forever home" in England, according to court documents obtained by CNN.
Turner had plans to return to England this month with their children, but when she tried to collect their passports from Jonas last week, she alleges that he refused. Jonas's representative disputes this, stating that Turner was aware in advance of his intention to file for divorce.
