The Pak-Afghan border remained closed for all commercial activities, and hundreds of vehicles carrying commercial goods remained stranded in long queues on both sides of the border.On the other hand, the customs officials were of the view that politics and trade should be separated at borders. “This week, the revenue collected by the customs is zero. The economy of the country has been damaged,” they added.
According to Deputy Commissioner Hameed Zahri, the Pak-Afghan border will be opened for all kinds of commercial activities on March 21.
