This weather pattern extends beyond Karachi, with forecasts indicating additional rain in Islamabad, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan.

The impact of these weather conditions is already evident in Lower Dir, where heavy rains have triggered a significant flood in the River Panjkora. Persistent rain, accompanied by thunder and lightning, is affecting Quetta and several other cities.
