The program has twin targets, first to establish 12 green national parks across the country while secondly, it will provide the 65,000 jobs to the youth/daily wagers who are facing unemployment due to COVID-19. Prime Minister Office tweeted: ”Advisor to PM on Climate Change Malik Amin Aslam Khan called on PM @ImranKhanPTI Meeting was in continuation of “Green Stimulus” package approved by PM in April, 2020 where 65K youth/daily wagers would be utilized for plantation across country, facing unemployment due to #COVID.”
