Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvaiz Elahi Tuesday visited the flood-affected areas of Taunsa Rajanpur, Basti Chhatani, reported 24NewsHd TV channel.Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvaiz Elahi recited Fatiha for those who died during the recent floods.On the occasion, he said that no one would be allowed to keep any flood victim from his due right.
Criticising PM Shehbaz Sharif, he said Shehbaz stopped public welfare projects and the cost of development projects has been increased when projects were stopped.Punjab CM said Shadan Lund food centre and wheat flooded incident will be investigated and vowed to resettle the flood victims beyond political affiliation.Later, he distributed Rs0.8million cheques to heirs of 21 men, women and children.
Assembly members Sardar Muhammad Khan Leghari, Khwaja Shiraz Mehmood, Muhammad Hanif Patafi, Khwaja Daud Soleimani, Sardar Saifuddin Khan Khosa, Sardar Mohiuddin Khan Khosa, Sardar Muhammad Saifuddin Khan Khosa, Commissioner Dera Ghazi Khan and related officials were also present on this occasion.
