Two separate incidents of lightning occurred in the Abbottabad district in which a child is killed and 10 people were injured on Sunday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the first incident occurred in the Chatt Parri area of Havelian tehsil of Abbottabad district. In the first incident, lightning struck six people including children who were sitting in a mountain cave to take shelter from rain and thunder.The second incident of lightning strike occurred in the village of Serian Bagh where the roof of the house collapsed after a strike of lightning.As per the report, in both incidents, the locals rescued the injured and shifted them to the hospital.
