ISLAMABAD – The Islamabad High Court on Thursday issued notices to the Federal Investigation Agency, police and other parties on a plea filed by former Azad Jammu and Kashmir prime minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas, requesting details of all cases lodged against him.
At this, the chief justice issued notices to the FIA, police and other parties, directing them to respond by Friday. He also instructed that the former AJK premier’s family be allowed to meet him during his physical remand.
