A heavy police contingent is on its toes as the federal government employees, after marching from the Pakistan Secretariat, have congregated outside the Parliament House to lodge their protest ahead of the presentation of the federal budget.
Office-bearers of the All Government Employees Grand Alliance have asked the government to meet all demands of its employees. Similarly, the protestors have asked the government to ensure that all its employees receive equal pay.
