Rescue and police officials were trying to remove the debris to find any survivors and there were fears that some people might have been stuck under rubble.
The ground floor had a bank and businesses while residential apartments were located on the upper stories. Staff were already at the bank when the blast took place.buildingSindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah summoned a report into the incident. The Sindh IGP also called for details from the SSP East about the blast.
