The leadership of Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid – a major coalition partner of ruling Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf – has labelled as ‘regretful and unjustified’ the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority action against News24HD.
In a joint statement, PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat, Punjab Assembly Speaker Parvez Elahi and lawmaker Moonis Elahi raised the demand for withdraw of the Pemra order.
