Islamabad: District and Session Court on Friday rejected Sheikh Rashid petition for registration of First Information Report against raid on his house.
The Judge further said that the court can’t order registration of an FIR just mere hearing the arguments adding that the police raided the politician house as per law. The petitioner counsel apprised that the police raided his client house, tortured his emloyees and left his vehicles as well while he said that what the response had submitted by the police is astonishing.
