Commemoration Ceremony of Late DR. Raisi : PM Prayed for Elevation of Ranks of Martyrs

The Prime Minister also visited the hall where the funeral of the late Iranian President was kept and prayed for the elevation his ranks and payed tribute

At the memorial ceremony organized for the late President of Iran Dr. Seyed Ibrahim Raisi, the late Foreign Minister of Iran Hossein Amir Abdullah and their comrades, who were martyred in a tragic helicopter accident on May 19 the Prime Minister paid tribute to the late Iranian President for the development and prosperity of the Iranian People, the promotion of Pakistan-Iran relations and his services to the region.

Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif expressed his condolences on behalf of the government and people of Pakistan to the acting President of Iran Honorable Dr. Muhammad Mokhbar. On this occasion, the Prime Minister said that the Government and people of Pakistan have been deeply shocked by the news of the martyrdom of the president of the Islamic Republic of Iran Dr. Syed Ibrahim Reisi and the Iranian Foreign Minister Mr. Hossein Amir Abdullahian and their other companions in a tragic accident.
