Central Asian Volleyball Championship: Pakistan Clinched Title Beating Turkmenistan In Final

Pakistan outplayed Turkmenistan 3-1 in the final. Pakistan won the Championship with the scoreline of 25-21, 25-19, 20-25 and 25-14.Pakistan remained unbeaten in the championship. Six teams from Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Sri Lanka, Krygystan and Afghanistan take part in the Championship.

Federal Minister For Interprovincial Coordination And Planning Ahsan Iqbal was the Chief Guest of final match. He awarded trophies and prizes among winners. Addressing the closing ceremony Ahsan Iqbal said that there is an urgent need to promote departmental sports, the welfare of national players is the top priority.

Ahsan Iqbal said that programs will be formed for the promotion of sports together with the provinces.
