Karachi: An anti-terrorism court on Monday approved a plea to transfer Nazim Jokhio murder case from the ATC to a session court while a MNA and MPA of ruling partner in the coalition government at the center, PPP were also nominated in the case.The counsels of accused contended that terrorism related articles are not applicable in the Nazim Jokhio murder case.
To which, the court approved the transfer of the case to a session court while the court said that the session court will decide to remove the names of the accused from the challan of the case whether or not.
