Federal Minister for Defense Khawaja Asif on Friday said the matter of appointment of the army chief will be decided in the next three to four days.
The 24News HD TV Channel made special contact with the Defence Minister over the issue of a summary of the army chief’s appointment on Friday. Khawaja Asif told the channel that the Ministry of Defense has not yet received any summary from the army so they have not forwarded any summary to the Prime Minister.
Anyhow, he explained that the appointment of the new army chief will be decided in the next three to four days.
