Army soldiers have achieved great successes by carrying out effective operations against the scourge of terrorism, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
Not less that 2,701 operations were conducted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 4,902 in Balochistan and 142 in Sindh. During operations, 61 terrorists were arrested from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan in the month of May.Due to the timely action of the security forces, the terrorist organization TTP failed in its nefarious intentions in the urban areas.
Security forces conducted intelligence-based operation and raid in Sheikh Badin area of Lakki Marwat and arrested 11 terrorists.
